Pour rappel, la Cour constitutionnelle est compos\u00e9e de 9 membres de probit\u00e9 reconnue, d\u00e9sign\u00e9s pour un mandat de 6 ans renouvelable une seule fois. Elle est la juridiction charg\u00e9e de veiller au respect des dispositions de la Constitution. Elle juge de la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des consultations r\u00e9f\u00e9rendaires, des \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles, l\u00e9gislatives et s\u00e9natoriales. Elle statue sur le contentieux de ces consultations et \u00e9lections, et juge de la constitutionnalit\u00e9 des lois.<\/p>\n
