Le ministre de l\u2019administration territoriale, Hodabalo Awate a notifi\u00e9 lundi \u00e0 ADDI, ANC, FDR, PSR et FCTD l\u2019interdiction de leurs manifestations des 11, 12 et 13 avril \u00e0 Lom\u00e9 pour manquement aux dispositions des articles 9-2 et 11 alin\u00e9as 2 de la loi fixant les conditions d’exercice de la libert\u00e9 de r\u00e9unions et de manifestations pacifiques publiques. Mais ces derniers disent maintenir leurs manifestations. Le gouvernement insiste sur l\u2019interdiction de ces manifestations et invite les organisateurs \u00e0 la retenue et au respect des normes r\u00e9publicaines.<\/p>\n

Dans un communiqu\u00e9, les ministres en charge de l\u2019administration territoriale et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 indiquent que \u00ab\u00a0les organisateurs ont d\u00fbment re\u00e7u notification que les manifestations projet\u00e9es ne pourront avoir lieu aux dates pr\u00e9vues. Mais, des informations concordantes dignes de foi font \u00e9tat de ce que les organisateurs se seraient r\u00e9unis et projettent: de passer outre l’interdiction et de mettre au d\u00e9fi les forces de l’ordre et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ; d’\u00e9tendre la manifestation dans toute la ville en d\u00e9logeant les \u00e9l\u00e8ves; et de s’attaquer syst\u00e9matiquement aux domiciles de d\u00e9put\u00e9s pr\u00e9alablement cibl\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Dans la note, les ministres Hodabalo Awate et Calixte Madjoulba rel\u00e8vent qu’une telle attitude est susceptible de \u00ab cr\u00e9er des graves troubles \u00e0 l’ordre public et d’entrainer des atteintes inadmissibles aux personnes et aux biens \u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Afin d’\u00e9viter de mettre en p\u00e9ril la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des citoyens et de leurs biens, le gouvernement invite les organisateurs \u00e0 la retenue et au respect des normes r\u00e9publicaines. Les \u00e9ventuels contrevenants r\u00e9pondront de leurs actes conform\u00e9ment aux lois de notre pays\u00a0\u00bb, ont-ils \u00e9crit.<\/p>\n

Ils rassurent la population que toutes les dispositions idoines sont prises pour pr\u00e9server la tranquillit\u00e9 et l’ordre publics, et permettre la continuit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s partout sur le territoire national.<\/p>\n
