Reconnaissant que toute chose est perceptible et au regard de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat suscit\u00e9 au sein de la population, le chef de l\u2019Etat, Faure Gnassingb\u00e9 a demand\u00e9 vendredi \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale de proc\u00e9der une relecture de la loi. La volont\u00e9 manifeste d&rsquo;\u00eatre toujours au-dessus de la m\u00eal\u00e9e et de jouer son r\u00f4le de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 et la concorde nationale explique cette d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La demande de la relecture de la loi est une pr\u00e9rogative reconnue au chef de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat. C\u2019est ainsi que suite aux r\u00e9actions des uns et des autres apr\u00e8s le vote de la nouvelle Constitution et pour plus d\u2019inclusivit\u00e9, ce denier a voulu qu\u2019une seconde lecture soit faite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce n\u2019est nullement sous aucune pression que le chef de l\u2019Etat a demand\u00e9 la relecture de la loi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u2019ailleurs, rien ne pr\u00e9sage que les d\u00e9put\u00e9s modifieront la Constitution telle que vot\u00e9e et rien n&rsquo;est tomb\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau.
