Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique, le gouvernement a re\u00e7u jeudi du bureau de l’Assembl\u00e9e nationale conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure l\u00e9gislative la loi portant r\u00e9vision de la Constitution togolaise adopt\u00e9e le lundi dernier.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Toute chose \u00e9tant perfectible, et au regard de l’int\u00e9r\u00eat suscit\u00e9 au sein de la population par le texte depuis son adoption, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a demand\u00e9 ce jour \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9sidente de l’Assembl\u00e9e nationale de faire proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une deuxi\u00e8me lecture de la loi adopt\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n
